The "I" Word Watch

Last week, it was Sen. John Kerry. (Or so he joked.)

Today, it's Sen. Barbara Boxer.

And Rep. John Lewis.

And Rep. John Conyers introduced a resolution of censure against Bush today.

IF WE WANT THE WORLD TO BELIEVE DEMOCRACY REALLY DOES WORK...IMPEACHMENT OF THE BUSH REGIME IS THE ONLY WAY, THE CITIZENS OF THE UNITED STATES HAVE NOW TO PROVE THE CONSITUTION AND THE LAWS IN A DEMOCRACY, CAN NOT BE STOLEN, RULED OVER, AND WE DO NOT BELIEVE IN KINGS...NO MATTER IF THERE NAME IS BUSH...WE MUST IMPEACH THIS REGIME IF WE DO NOT WANT TERRORISTS TO THINK WE STAND WITH HIM. WE SAY ONE THING AND DO THE OTHER..PLEASE HELP US SAVE OUR GREAT NATION, OUR CONSITUTION, OUR BILL OF RIGHTS AND DEMOCRATIC WAY OF LIFE.

If we impeach El Jefe, America would regain it's standing amongst the rest of the world. It would show that it is the Administration that is responsible for the past 5 years, not the people in general.

If we impeached Clinton for a blowjob, we should send Bush to Davy Jones' locker for spying on American citizens, waging aggressive war (the charge at Nuremberg that all the nazis were convicted of), and, what the hell, being an overall douchebag. That should be an impeachable offense right there.
