Am I to understand from this article that an event in the Spring of 07, advertised as a Presidential debate is expected to influence an election held in November 08?
If candidates are expected to be engaged in debates for 20 months how can there possibly be time for them to engage in governance and establish a record of accomplishment for us to use in evaluating them as potential chief executives?
