wrong. check the cnn transcript. he never said it. Don't spread gossip as it is not true.
Dailykos got it wrong, kos jumped to conclusions because the ap reporter put words in Obama's mouth that he never said.

What's wrong with that headline?

Congress already has passed legislation funding the war. It's President Bush who says he will veto the funding.
