Edwards Is Going To YearlyKos Convention In Chicago

It shows that John Edwards is in touch with the reality unlike other candidates. He is clearly doing his own thing and not making decisions based on what consultants tell him. Its going to be a winning strategy.

The other candidates aren't in touch with reality? Hardly. An appearnce from Clinton or Biden or Dodd at YearlyKos would be a waste of time. The bloggers are trying to decide between Edwards, Obama, and maaaaaybe Richardson. Everyone knows they have energy to burn, but they also know some candidates have no chance of harnessing that energy. Yes, Edwards is in touch with reality for addressing the bloggers, because that's HIS reality, but Biden is in touch with reality for courting the unions, and Clinton is in touch with reality for browbeating donors and schmoozing up soccer moms. Bloggers aren't the only consituency that counts, and I'm sick and tired of them claiming that they are.
