That is a disgusting title for this entry. I have a damn fine sense of humor but this isn't even remotely funny.

Sloppy seconds? Wow.

I mean, I laughed. But wow. That's ballsy.

Fyi, Gallup just released its daily tracking numbers. They show the national polls narrowing again to Clinton 43 Obama 39. Gallup also says this: "The impact of John Edwards' exit from the Democratic race is less clear. Wednesday night's numbers (the first with Edwards excluded from the ballot) show no clear indication that either candidate is benefiting disproportionately."

Reps. Obey and Price are perhaps best known for having co-sponsored ethics reform legislation (pre-96 election). They're old-school statesmen and genuine liberals, not Rahmite roborepublites. They can't be too happy with the way things have gone the last couple of years under Pelosi - too many promises still unfulfilled. If they endorse anyone now, I'd expect it to be Obama, based on Clinton's entrenched interests and voting record. Maybe that's just wishful thinking, though.
I agree with the previous poster, too. The title sucks. Edwards - and his supporters - deserve better.
